| Welcome telephone calls to dispel any problems as they arise or to give help and advice on any matter relating to the day.A detailed discussion at least two months before the Wedding Day to go over the day in detail, covering every aspect of linking the planning, arranging and managing the Reception.( If the Wedding is a Civil Service and taking place in the same venue as the Reception, then my duties start prior to and including the Ceremony).Advice and assistance with speeches if necessary – a comforting help to those who experience anxiety on these occasions. |
